I was always on the fence about doing CrossFit because of the stigma that surrounds it. I started by doing personal training with Cassie to fix some issues I was having with my low back and knees. I always felt like I would push myself too hard and hurt myself even more. I decided to make the switch to actual classes and wish I would have started sooner. As an athlete in school, you never lose that competitive gene as you get older, so being part of that atmosphere as an adult has pushed me into a healthier lifestyle. So thankful for this gym, the coaches and the community. If you’re looking for a place to workout that also feels like a huge family, this is the place.

Hands down best gym in Cullman. Great programming and coaches to further your fitness but also a place to connect and make some really good friends. They have something for whatever stage of life you are in, and with so many class times the opportunities are there for you.

After feeling stuck in the same old workouts at planet fitness, I decided to try something new. I stopped in one afternoon and was greeted with a smile by the owner Cassie. After we talked for just a bit I set up all of my 1 on 1 classes. And soon fell in love with the atmosphere and the sense of community that flowing through the building. The friendships I’ve made in the last 6 months are some that I hope will last a lifetime. Every coach is there for you and to help with anything you need, they all want to see you succeed in your fitness journey! If your looking for a gym family, look no further than Tally Ho Fitness!
