“I am working on a home renovation and Professor Plumb, LLC was sent out to work on the kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher installs. They were again sent out to install the bathroom sinks and toilets. Zack did a great job on both service calls and even cleaned up afterwards. He was kind and answered all of my questions. Fast forward to this week... I found a leak in the manablock and also in the PRV. I called Professor Plumb and Chase scheduled me for a service call. Zack came out and had the issue handled within 30 minutes. Their fees are reasonable and I am very happy with their professionalism and their work.
