I have used Professor Plumb four times over the years. First class company and run the right way. Today, Dec 1st 2023, they came to fix my gas logs and could not figure it out. They recommended another company to fix it and did not charge me at all. They have installed a hot water heater, fixed two plumbing issues over last five or six years. This is only the second review I have ever written in 74 years. Highly recommend them and they are as good now as they were 6 years ago.

Matt with Professor Plumb showed up on time, was very professional and found the issue and fixed it quickly. We only use Professor Plumb for all of our plumbing and gas lines needs. Duane and his team are the best!

An issue we’ve been having for over 2 months was quickly solved by this group! We had to go through 3 companies before finding Professor Plumb who knew the issue and how to resolve it. They are all knowledgeable and professional. Zach did an amazing job and took the extra step to make sure nothing else was out of place. Chase was a please to speak with as he made the appointment making smooth! We have a couple of homes and businesses and we won’t even sniff another plumbing company. Professor Plumb has earned our and our friends services for years to come!
