After a small water issue in our basement from a leaking hose, we needed some carpet work done—new tack strips, padding, a patch, and full re-stretching and reinstallation. I reached out to New Country Carpet Care, and Bennett was friendly and upfront about when he could come by. We had some delays on our end, but he was patient and understanding every time we needed to reschedule. Once we were ready, one of the team members came first to replace our baseboards. The next day, Bennett and another worker took care of the carpet repairs and installation. Since I work from home, I appreciated how he kept me in the loop, even texting me from downstairs to check on a crack in a piece of furniture before moving it—very careful and considerate. After reinstalling the carpet, I had them clean the basement carpets too. They used special guards to protect the wall corners where their hoses ran, which I hadn’t seen other companies do before. When the job was finished, they even made sure to close the garage door behind them, which really showed their attention to detail. The carpet patchwork turned out so well that you can’t even see it—much better than I expected. Overall, they did an excellent job and I highly recommend their carpet cleaning and repair services in Columbiana.
This company has been prompt and fair with me with some of the most stressful parts of my life. They also gave me recommendations for lawyers, and a bit of insight for what to expect next.

They went overboard repairing my AC and didnt charge me a penny because it was under warranty. They came out three times and did their best to repair it then replaced the unit because they couldnt get parts. I would highly recomend them. Good people.
