Bennett did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. I had concerns that they might not come up well given that I hadn't had them cleaned in over a year. However, Bennett dedicated a significant amount of time and effort into eliminating stains and spills. He is the most skilled technician I've had from New Country Carpet Care in Columbiana.

Two courteous fellows, Bennett and Jaden, showed up and were extremely congenial and respectful. They walked me through the carpet cleaning procedure and inquired if I had any queries. The contrast between the before and after photos was astonishing. I can't recommend New Country Carpet Care enough!

I was glad with the job. Andre and son were professional. Andre is knowledgeable and talkative (lol). I wanted to pick his brain more but I know he had other customers to tend to. I would endorse Quick Dry.
