She has an amazing personality, and she did an amazing job on my hair! My locs were looking dry and brittle at first but she fixed me up and now my locs look completely moisturized and I can definitely see the difference. “They are pricey, but their professionalism, atmosphere, and services are well worth the price. The ambience is as calm as an Afrocentric spa: soft lofi/jazz playing in the background, essential oils, recliners and hair steamers at the shampoo bowl. Most importantly, they describe your damaged hair in such an educational, uplifting, considerate tone that makes you hopeful over your hair journey! No snickering, side-eyes, or shaming at Swoope Hair! Wish I could afford to go more often.
