Short story: I got connected with The Total Joint Physical Therapy and Anna Grace…who subsequently literally walked me through prehab and rehab for 2 Total Knee Replacements(TKR) in 2025!
I’ve returned to the gym 2 days a week, and am walking 20-30 minutes a day with NO knee pain! It’s been only 4 months since the 2nd TKR!
