I’ll definitely return for future eye care needs. These customers service was gr8.Me and my children were greeted when we arrived. Jameson, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable about various vision insurance plans, which I needed because the benefits from our current insurance had not renewed yet ?. Not only was I able to establish a policy that I could use the same day for me and my kids, it was affordable and has good benefits. ?Also, the service was smooth with no long wait times. Ashley, helped to make us comfortable with our initial screening and questions and Dr. McGowan made sure each person had what they needed to see well.

Jameson is a fantastic new manager at this location. He was very compassionate and kind with my daughter who wanted to try contacts. Ultimately, she decided she wasn’t ready, but he never made her feel less than for that decision. We’ve been patronizing this location for a long time, and we will continue to do so.
