I will never visit his practice again. He rushed through my appointment to the point I don't feel I had an adequate exam. He seemed agitated & was not friendly at all. I also witnessed him being very rude to his staff. One of the ladies up front needed to ask a question about a patient being fitted for lenses and he talked to her so hatefully. Telling her he was busy and didn't have time to answer her question. I don't see well out of the lenses and find myself removing or adjusting them constantly. Please go elsewhere for your exam. All other staff were helpful and very nice.

Needed new eye glasses after two years of wearing my old ones. Normally, I'll get them somewhere else, but I figure I'll try Eyemart Express out first. The selection of men's glasses were ok, but I managed to find something that'll make me look young and cool. I wasn't aware that your glasses be ready on the same business day and you'll receive a text once it's ready. Customer service was good and my only complaint is that the parking lot is small which you have to be careful coming in and out.

We went in on Saturday, they needed to verify insurance on Monday and said they would call us. Still waiting on them to call us. My Husband called them on Monday and was told they had not had time to check with the insurance, he call on Tuesday and they were very rude. I call the insurance myself and received the information in five minutes. Very Rude Employees in the Glasses section
