Used ally for my home inspection in 2021 and recently have had some electrical issues and had to get into the attic and I'm not sure how this bathroom wiring work was missed when you don't even have to get off the attic stairs to see it plain as day.

I am on a journey to become a first time home buyer and unfortunately my experience with Ally Property Inspections was not what I’d hoped it to be. I showed up to the appointment at my future home about 35 minutes into the inspection to find that their was no one their. I didn’t receive a call from the inspector to tell me he had arrived of left. This was unfortunate because I was told that it was really important to do a walk through with the inspector so they can discuss their findings with you. Jones Warren inspection company (now Ally Property Inspections) is by far the worst inspection company. The $400 upfront fee ended up costing us over $7,000 in issues they identified and told us did not need follow up from an expert. After another inspection company and foundation/asbestos experts advised us of the very obvious issues that were missed, we gave Allen Warren the opportunity to do the right thing, but he decided to hide behind the contract rather than caring for his customer.
