Highly recommend Griffith's home-maintenance inspection. Gave us peace of mind to have an independent, third party look things over at our house. Our time with Mr. Griffith was incredibly informative - we learned a ton about our home and things to keep an eye out for. We appreciated his very clear explanations and expertise. Definitely a service we'll use again in the future.

This was the most helpful inspection I could have hoped for. It was thorough and complete and pointed out some serious issues with the home and its foundation, saving me from making a risky purchase. I have purchased multiple homes over the years and had multiple inspections, and this was by far the best company I have worked with. Well worth the time and money to have Griffith inspect your home!

Highly recommend Griffith home inspection! Andrew was very precessional and thorough. He walked me through everything the day of, and then sent a detailed list from our home inspection. Might be a little more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. He doesn’t miss anything!
