Jeff did an amazing job on my home inspection. He took 6 hours going through my potential new home and found several issues that needed to be resolved. I would recommend Jeff to anyone! He is the best!

I had the opportunity to let Jeff Aiken inspect my first home and he did a fantastic job. He was very detailed and his report was very extensive and organized. He allowed me to be there while he was inspecting and he answered any questions I had. I could not have asked for a better home inspector. I would recommend to everyone I know. He will always be the first choice because he is honest and thorough for all his inspections. He is also licensed with it all so that was a big plus as well. Do yourself a favor and look him up and you will not be disappointed. Jeff Aiken will always be the one to inspect any of my future homes!

Jeff was kind, professional, and took time to educate us on the objective facts about the home we were purchasing. I work in patient care and Jeff agreed to have a conversation with both my husband and I after 7 PM so that we could ask our questions, learn the answers, and Jeff was organized and precise with his ability to provide pictures of the home as well as recommendation images for repair if needed. I highly recommend him as an inspector. He took his time to assess six different crawlspaces in this particular home and worked in the rain for 8 1/2 hours.
