“I had a lot of moisture problems under my house causing wood rot and mold. I got Crawlspace Doctor to come out and they sealed off all of the water problems and installed a dehumidifier a couple years ago, and I have had no problems since. They also called me to remind me of service that the dehumidifier needed, set up an appointment, and was there when they said they would be. He inspected everything under the house and serviced my dehumidifier in a very timely manner. I would recommend Crawlspace Doctor to anyone!“

Slaton Homes was recommended by our insurance company and from the first phone call was kind and responsive. Daniel was very prompt in giving us a quote and working with us to help navigate some updates we wanted to make in addition to the repairs. John was very easy to work with. He was a calming, personable presence during the whole process and he and Daniel were both so patient as I was making decisions . John answered all my questions and was very quick to resolve any hiccups during the process (we had very few) . He was easy to communicate with and very encouraging. Ginger , at the front desk, is always smiling and is also very kind and professional. “Precision Crawlspace and Renovation came in with a complete system designed to remedy our soggy and moldy crawl space. It wasn't guesswork. They stuck the landing the first time. With the encapsulation, new crawl space door, French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier and replacement of our 40 year old central air duct work, the air in our home feels a lot better. While the old duct work was being pulled out and replaced, Sawyer Williams installed two AC window units so we never broke a sweat. It is a load off of the mind not having to worry about what's going on underneath the floor! Because PCR installed a switch and lighting, I can pop open the crawl space door and have a look whenever I want. Since I am no expert, I'll be taking advantage of PCR's yearly inspections to make sure everything keeps working as expected. I found PCR pricing to be comparable to other companies, but have to say that the equipment used, value, customer service and attention to detail is over the top. Thank you PCR!“

Had a pipe leak somewhere in my slab and these guys documented every step of the way and were able to make all repairs and save my property from even worse damage!
