I had a lot of moisture problems under my house causing wood rot and mold. I got Crawlspace Doctor to come out and they sealed off all of the water problems and installed a dehumidifier a couple years ago, and I have had no problems since. They also called me to remind me of service that the dehumidifier needed, set up an appointment, and was there when they said they would be. He inspected everything under the house and serviced my dehumidifier in a very timely manner. I would recommend Crawlspace Doctor to anyone!

They are kind and courteous. They always show up on time. They did our encapsulation and dehumidifier work 1 year ago and called on time for routing maintenance that I would have forgotten about. They checked that all their work was properly maintained. Highly recommend.
