Most recently, I brought my gaming PC in for a factory reset because it was stuck on a black screen. When I got it back, I realized it wasn’t running games the way I hoped so I called them. They asked me to bring it back, fixed it again, and I paid little to nothing for it. They really went above and beyond. Their prices are always fair and never too high. They always get my device back to me in less than a week and honestly in better condition than when I dropped it off. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Abby at the front desk is the sweetest.
