I had a great experience with Computer Pros when they replaced the battery in my Dell laptop. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. The repair was completed quickly, and my laptop is now working like new with excellent battery life. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Great place with incredibly smart people. They're fast. They're incredibly reasonably priced. I've used them in emergencies at least twice. Both times it's been my work laptop. Each time I've come in telling them it's an emergency and asking if they can fix it that day. The lady in the front office is incredibly nice and smart. This is my go to place for computer repair and just computer problems in general.

I’ve been to this shop three times now and every time I’ve had an issue they’ve made sure to fix it. Most recently, I brought my gaming PC in for a factory reset because it was stuck on a black screen. When I got it back, I realized it wasn’t running games the way I hoped so I called them. They asked me to bring it back, fixed it again, and I paid little to nothing for it. They really went above and beyond. Their prices are always fair and never too high. They always get my device back to me in less than a week and honestly in better condition than when I dropped it off. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Abby at the front desk is the sweetest. Highly recommend!
