“Great experience! My computer was upgraded from 4GB RAM to 16GB RAM. My computer is like new...I don't recall the last time it performed like this, it's almost 7 years old. Joel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was in an emergency situation because I needed my computer for my job. Due to the holidays, parts to fix my computer didn't arrive as expected. As soon as it arrived Joel texted and ask that I bring my computer to him at 5:30, he could have it ready in 1-3 hrs. I dropped it off about 5:50, got a call back about 10 minutes before 7. Joel wanted to know how long has it be running slow on startup. It had been years. Joel asked that I give him a few more minutes he could take care of that. He asked a few more questions. He called back about 10 minutes later and I picked up my new computer. I am very pleased with it's performance. Impressive!Awesome friendly courteous customer service!“
“recently had issues with my computer used for gaming. brought it in and they diagnosed the problem and was able to to order parts and replace them within the week. Not sure if it was a different staff from the other bad reviews here but I personally had no issues.“
“Michael and his team at ABS Tech are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, very responsive and trustworthy. I leave all my IT needs to Michael as well as anytime I need to purchase a new computer and get it setup on my network. I don’t have time to come in everyday and troubleshoot problems with computers and printers,etc. If I ever have an issue, I call and it’s taken care of quickly. I highly recommend their IT services but also their monthly monitoring program as well. They keep things updated, safe and secure. Can’t say enough good things about their team!“
