“Impact Roofing has installed two roofs in two years for us, one on our personal residence and one on one of our 3 rental properties. I had sought a quote from another company, supposedly a Christian company and they were a nightmare. They offer to file the claim for you. I was there when their salesman made the call. Then we were completely cut out of the process! The adjuster came out, sent me the report which I sent to this other company and then the salesman came back with a “manager” who proceeded to trash the roof on our personal residence and then tried to upsell me on their shingles without even going over what they were going to propose. I kicked them out and called Nathan. He’s a dream to work with and EVERYTHING he said we needed our insurance paid for. We needed several code improvements, we’re paying for that kind of coverage, and Impact worked with our insurance company and got them covered. Nathan said that if the insurance wouldn’t cover the code improvements IMPACT would! Amazing!!“
