They came the same day we called. Very professional and helpful. Had the problem fixed in no time and stayed for a while just to make sure everything was going to be okay. Highly recommend Allen Brown.

Allen Brown has been servicing our home for the years. They never disappoint, on time, professional and the workmanship is top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our home.

Our AC unit died Monday night about 9:00pm. I drove by Allen Browns shop Tuesday morning about 7:30 and saw Austin. I explained what was going on and he told me he'd be by that afternoon. I was shocked he was at my door about mid morning. The motor to my unit was shot. Another company did our install, but Austin took the time to check to see if we had any warranty left. Turns out we did! The new motor was in Huntsville and they drove all the way over picked up the parts and had our system up and running by 5:00pm.
