The young man by the name of Jashawn was my technician today and he was Amazing!! He was really good on finding the problem and explaining it to me and my husband. And being completely honest and transparent about the issue. Thank you again Jashawn for taking care of us. Now our AC is pushing out that good old cold air 🥰
August R. is pleasant and professional.
He is knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Sears, you have a great young man that I know will do great things.
God Bless.
The refrigerator just needed to be thawed out. Took about an hour. The young man fixed it while an older gentleman watched and was a little condescending to us when we asked questions. Not very friendly at all.
