The on call repairman explained the problem and I chose to replace instead of “fix” my system. I was told when work would start and when it would be finished.

Woke up to no AC on a Friday morning. They showed up at 2pm and diagnosed a seized compressor. By 4pm, Don was on site with a quote. The next morning (Saturday) they showed up early and by noon the new unit was installed and running. Highly recommended!
