About Highland Health Systems

Highland Health Systems provides care for people with mental health issues and anxiety. Reviews describe it as a safe haven doing great work with very special people. Staff are noted as nice, understanding, and taking special care. However, some clients with crucial anxiety report there is no place to sit away from people, which is a concern. They care. 🩶

I hope to not only make a full recovery… I know there’s a chance of me relapsing even if I do have recovery. But I also hope to spread the word about narcissistic abuse and its effect on people and their mental health. Narcissism is basically my one trigger. Narcissists can’t get enough of that. I’m continuing to go to therapy as well as see the psychiatrist. I’m also doing some work on my own outside of merely coping with abuse and my reactions to it.
NARCISSISTS FLOCK TOGETHER. They are rarely ever alone in their abuse of their victims. Narcissists are INHERENTLY dangerous.
