I hope to not only make a full recovery… I know there’s a chance of me relapsing even if I do have recovery. But I also hope to spread the word about narcissistic abuse and its effect on people and their mental health. Narcissism is basically my one trigger. Narcissists can’t get enough of that. I’m continuing to go to therapy as well as see the psychiatrist. I’m also doing some work on my own outside of merely coping with abuse and my reactions to it. NARCISSISTS FLOCK TOGETHER. They are rarely ever alone in their abuse of their victims. Narcissists are INHERENTLY dangerous. Before they’re able to put all the blame on me….because that IS WHAT NARCISSISTS DO….DARVO. Look up DARVO, They will shame you for your mental health and attempt to keep you constantly locked away when you do not want to deal with their abuse.“
