Many patients commend the ER staff for being friendly, patient, and professional, appreciating the compassionate care given during critical situations, such as unexpected surgeries. However, some reviews express dissatisfaction, citing long wait times and a lack of professionalism in the ER. These contrasting experiences indicate that while many receive excellent care, there are areas that require improvement. Overall, RMC is recognized for its dedication to patient care, though consistency in service quality remains a concern.
