I’ve been going to this place since I was a senior in high school. I absolutely used to LOVE going to this particular place! But I recently went a few days ago, and I’ve come to the conclusion they are very unsanitary. When I went, a client was there before me… once she left and it was my turn, the owner told me to get in the chair, but I noticed she did not sanitize the chair since we have to lay our heads back on the cushion. I asked her to wipe it down and once she did, she started on my brows. Which were WONDERFUL, she did them exactly how I always ask. I stopped here today for eyebrow threading. Haven’t been here since March. I was skeptical due to COVID but they sanitize. She also suggested, if I wanted, I could keep my mask on my face while she threaded my brows. She also wore a mask. She first sanitized her hands and also sanitized the areas she touched on my face after threading. They are practicing safe COVID standards here and as always I was pleased with the results.

I always have a great experience. The waiting area is nice and clean. The women are always courteous and kind. My eyebrows are nice and neat. It takes less than 10 minutes and I was out the door and on my way. They offer an array of services and the prices are reasonable. I am a customer for life!
