Reviewers love the hot yoga classes, especially in the winter, and note the excellent, helpful, and kind instructors. The entire experience is unique depending on the teacher. The front door is locked once class starts, so it's important not to be late.
I absolutely love the Pilates and yoga classes at YogaSol! The variety of classes and teachers are all excellent. My favorite is hot yoga with Giselle. I appreciate all the modifications to poses and her easy going, welcoming approach. 🧘♀
I enjoy this studio, a lot. The instructors and space provided a chill come-as-you-are vibe. No pretension. And everyone I've met who practices here is very genuine. I love the 530, hot yoga classes. Especially in the winter. If it wasn't for Yoga Sol, I wouldn't have survived those 20 below nights. Thank you for keeping the heat up. 🙏🏾
