Cute little yoga studio with a pole studio above it. Great pole teachers who are friendly and encouraging. I definitely enjoy the workout that my pole class gives me. What a great group of ladies.
I LOVE Tides so much! From the moment I walked in, Sohnya, the staff and all the members made me feel so welcome.The schedule has a day and time that can work for everyone and the variety of classes can’t be beat! I’m incredibly thankful to have pole fitness, AIReal yoga, Buti, barre, Pilates, and so much more in our small community.I highly recommend Tides Yoga Studio!
