“I enjoy this studio, a lot. The instructors and space provided a chill come-as-you-are vibe. No pretension. And everyone I've met who practices here is very genuine. I love the 530, hot yoga classes. Especially in the winter. If it wasn't for Yoga Sol, I wouldn't have survived those 20 below nights. Thank you for keeping the heat up. ??“

“WOW. I really don't even know where to begin on how Tides Yoga studio changed my life. It doesn't matter who you are-- it could be your first yoga class ever, your 1000th yoga class, or maybe you're just stopping by to browse their gift shop and sip on one of Sohnya's magic creations (smoothies).... You will find a family here... One that will take you as you are and spit you out a much better human! I owe everything to this studio-- my confidence, mobility, and health!
I did my 200-hour teacher training and had the privilege to teach a few classes. A benefit of taking the teacher training course (regardless of if you want to teach or not) is that it unlocks your every yoga class you'll take again. You gain a new perspective that shines a light on the creativity of the teacher, highlights your own growth, and challenges you. Some of my best days were spent at this studio...
I'm moved out of state now but would recommend this studio to anyone that would listen!!“
