I called expecting to wait to get an appt, and was surprised and appreciative that I got one the very day I called from a very pleasant young woman. The Tech called to let me know he was on his way, as well as I received a text msg. The tech called me to give me information on what was needed to fix problem and was great explaining the problem. He’s very friendly & makes sure everything is covered and buttoned up. He goes over all that he did - rain or shine…or snow and very cold…. A keeper, but u know that already!!
