My office just recently switched to Fairbanks Tech Support and man am I glad we did! They are transparent and thorough. FTS takes the time to help you understand your IT infrastructure and be proactive in protecting yourself. They are always available, quick to respond, and provide exceptional customer service!!!! So happy with this service and I highly recommend them.
