I am quite experienced with building computers, but software can be complicated if things aren't compatable or causes issues. My almost 5,000$ computer would have been just a paper weight had it not been for these 2 true professionals. They figured out the problem in no time and saved not only my computer, but both my hobby and my sanity. 6 out of 5 stars for these guys for sure, and until I leave Fairbanks if I ever have any issues, these are my #1 go to guy's in all of Alaska for any computer issue.

Responsive, articulate, and honest. I called the shop at 8:15 am and Jonathon picked up immediately. I described my issue, he heard me out, and delivered the bad news (which I was kind of expecting). He then told me what I needed to do despite not making money on the info. He's a pro, loves what he does and was happy to help. I will be bringing any further tech business to this store and you should too. Also, Fairbanks Tech Support is open proper business hours. Thank you!
