Good reasonably priced gym with 2 locations in Anchorage. Only the Old Seward location offers child care, both locations have pools, machines, and cardio stations. Classes offered as well as before and after school programs for kids.

A great place to work out and relax in the steam room or swim some laps in the saltwater pool. If classes are more your thing they have yoga, zumba, aerobics, etc. They're a lot cheaper than the Alaska Club and you're not trapped in a contract either ?

YMCA was a nice upgrade from planet fitness for my family and the pricing was very reasonable. Weight room is awesome and they have a pool. You can also go to any YMCA in the country with a membership. Only bad thing is some of the employees are little mask nazis. Also should mention they worked with me for the monthly charge which I am very grateful for. The Y rocks!
