Josette's provides excellent customer service. She listens to what you want and makes great suggestions. The price is definitely right. Josette is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She is absolutely amazing with kids, great with them, and does a great job on their hair. She is gentle, patient, and efficient. She explains the process and communicates well, putting parents at ease. She is great at making children comfortable and calm. Customers trust her completely and will not go to anyone else. She has never failed a client. She dyed and cut hair, and is always down for a good chat. Customers will be coming back and recommend her to everyone they know.
Josette has done my hair all my life, and as a college school kid, I can confidently say she’s never failed me once! She’s dyed my hair, cut it, and is ALWAYS down for a good chat! Talking with her as she does my hair is the best! 💇♀️✂️
Josette did a great job with my 13 month old's first hair cut! She explained the process to me, which put me at ease. She was patient with him, making sure he was comfortable with the environment before she started. She was gentle and efficient with the hair cut. I'm sad his shaggy locks are gone, but his little boy hair cut is really cute!
