For anyone who doesn’t know, a BB is tedious and time consuming and I have really long hair. When I arrived at the salon there had been a little mixup with my appointment, but everyone was so kind and professional and quickly got it sorted out. Rachel took me right in and was the nicest stylist I think I have ever had.
