Excellent service right from the first phone call to the finished repair. Lucas listened to my issue of AC fan condenser motor failing . He said that he could be there the next day and fit it in to his very busy schedule. He came the next day with the new motor installed it and capacitor plus checked pressures as well. Just the fact that he made time for this repair was outstanding. Thank You Lucas and Parkland heating and cooling. I will be calling for the fall furnace check up for sure.
Excellent top-notch customer service. Recently, my furnace stopped working. I called Parkland heating and spoke with Peter. He said he could send someone by within the next hour to send him my info so I did that with a picture of the code that was giving the issue and the model. Peter called me back and walked me through what to troubleshoot. Helping me figure out what the issue was and how to temporarily bypass it as to get my heat working and advise me where to get a new piece. It’s simple, two screws to change out. I will definitely be using Parkland heating for all my heating services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest reputable company.
