My client discovered a badly leaking outside tap and was very concerned it would get worse and start going into her basement. I reached out the Jeff and he contacted her first thing Monday morning. A time was set up to go over and check out what was happening and the repairs were completed by the end of the day. She was leaving for a month long vacation in two days and was panicking that it couldn't get fixed before she left.
