We had Square One, Cassidy precisely, install a new furnace at the beginning of December. The service was excellent, fast and efficient. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

We found Square One Water, Heat, and Air through one of the green energy programs, as they appeared to be one of the very few companies who actually knew about and were qualified to install heat pump water heaters. I requested the free quote. Any nervousness evaporated when Shaun gave us a visit - he was friendly, exceedingly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I further tested his patience with a barrage of e-mailed questions, which he kept answering with the same wonderful, serving attitude. Shawn is an excellent technician.. very good at his job .. very courteous.. Shawn fix the trouble with my furnace that Telus cause by hooking up my Telus. Wifi thermostat wrong . Thanks Shawn for the great work
