“When I called Central Computer Technologies, I talked to Vince. He was very welcoming. In our conversation he asked many questions to get a better picture of what he could be dealing with. He even tried to guide me on my laptop to see if maybe a quick fix would work. He did not charge me for his time he spent with me here. When everything he recommended for me to do didn't work, then we discussed bringing the laptop to him for repairs.
Vince was able to restore and backup all the data that had been burned by a nasty virus. He always asked me for permission first before doing anything regarding personal information. I appreciated that fully. Vince also kept me apprised on the progress he was making.
Once all the repairs were done and I came to pick up my laptop, he then showed me a few things that would help me do things more efficiently.
