When I called Central Computer Technologies, I talked to Vince. He was very welcoming. In our conversation he asked many questions to get a better picture of what he could be dealing with. He even tried to guide me on my laptop to see if maybe a quick fix would work. He did not charge me for his time he spent with me here. When everything he recommended for me to do didn't work, then we discussed bringing the laptop to him for repairs.

After years of slowly degrading performance and my feeble attempts to fix it, my laptop eventually locked me out. Being new to the area, I searched for a reliable technician to help me.
I was very pleased at finding CCT and am grateful my computer is now running smoothly and responding quickly. Vince installed a safe Windows OS, a free 30 day trial antivirus software, cleaned my data files on external hard drive, all the while, insured my information would be kept confidential, stayed in contact and provided professional, trustworthy services beyond the repair.
We were experiencing multiple laptop issues which Vince was able to quickly diagnosis and offer viable solutions. Our aging platforms led to purchase of a new one and re programming a second one. Vince was able to seamlessly data transfer, setup, and guide us in updated operating systems with tricks to conserve future storage. He demonstrated patience and intuitiveness as we worked together to put us back on track! Thanks Vince!
