They came to install a ceiling fan, had to troubleshoot as the original bracket could not hold the weight of the fan, went up in the attic replaced the bracket and reinforced it, then installed the fan. “We hired Joel to do some electrical additions and repairs for us. We had 3 new outlets installed and a couple light switches replaced which were not working. While performing the repairs, Joel pointed out some issues with our existing outlets (the way they were wired) and re-wired them using the side screws.
We are adding a wet bar in the basement and he re-wired the plug-ins for the counter plugs with a GFI circuit and put in a separate 20amp breaker for these.
