“Had a problem that ended up being a tripped breaker caused by an old appliance, but was concerned because the house is aging and we were leaving our dog at home alone the next day. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not very handy, but I called the after hours line and the person I spoke with was kind enough to walk me through resetting the breaker over the phone. Took 15 minutes, and at the end, he refused to accept any sort of payment. This is a small local business that knows what they're doing and is happy to help.
