Our experience at Allan Dale RV & Trailers in Nisku was fantastic.
While getting ready to go camping, we discovered that our hot water tank was damaged and required replacement. I contacted Allan Dale that day and the replacement was scheduled for early the following week. While camping that same weekend, our furnace also was not working. We dropped the trailer off and contact Allan Dale when they opened Tuesday morning to discuss the furnace issue. Both the hot water tank and furnace were replaced / repaired during the initial booking and the trailer was returned in the same time frame as initially quoted.
Allan Dale's Service Department was so helpful from the very first call right through to when we picked up the trailer after the repairs. They called back when they said they would and Vanessa went over and above to help us out, offering suggestions & experience and keeping up in the loop on the services being completed. I would recommend Allan Dale Nisku to all my friends and family!

The crew that came out were respectful and polite. The team lead walked through and verified what I wanted. When two fruit trees were seen to have a fungus, the fungus was id’d and different courses of action were discussed. I had to leave before all the trimming was done. I returned home to all the branches and limbs cleaned up. The only sign that the team has been here was my trees looking so much better. Thank you Davey’s!
