We live in an older house (built in 1960s) and our bathroom fan probably came with it. It began to make a grinding sound which did not stop after cleaning it or replacing it. The housing looked very worn, so I checked with a few contractors to see what it would cost to replace the ductwork, housing and fan. Ryan from Thormack gave us a reasonable quote and was able to replace it a week later. The installation went relatively quickly and we are happy to have a quiet and efficient fan.
