We have two large trees in our backyard in Edmonton, Alberta.In early December 2023, I called 3 companies to give me a quote on pruning our trees.Davies was by far the largest company and the one I thought would be the most expensive. Justin contacted me within 24 hours and made an appointment to come the following day and evaluate the job. Justin spent about an hour discussing what they would do and why they would not severely prune back the tree like I wanted and explained why. We used Davey Tree to remove unhealthy trees in a difficult spot in our yard. Mike was very professional, listened to our concerns and he and his assistant Zane carried out the job flawlessly. They also did a thorough clean up which we appreciated.In addition to doing the job we hired them to do, Mike also spent time speaking to us about the other trees on our property and provided us with valuable information that we did not know and was not told by the arborist we've used for years. Because of the helpful information we received when we have tree needs in the future, we will use Davey.

Company called the day before to confirm timing as we have a locked gate. They were on time, professional, responsive to questions and very careful with their work. Very efficient and friendly, I couldn't be happier with their work. Thanks guys!
