We stumbled on Western Modular in August and toured a couple homes they had on their lot. We talked to the sales department and they walked us thru the process of customizing one of the plans they had. We signed and put deposit down in October and house was ready middle of June. We loved the fact that we could add many upgrades with better and extra R value insulation. The house was built indoors out of the elements. We had the option to out source some of the products if we couldn't find what we wanted with their suppliers.
