Back in March I bought a used trailer from the team in Nisku. We were so happy to get our trailer home and use it, one thing I didn’t notice was the height difference from front to back. Not wanting to waste my summer of camping I held off until August to take it back and see what they could do. Vanessa from service grabbed Gary the mechanic and we all went out and looked over options, Gary advised against doing a lift kit on the trailer for my family’s safety which I appreciated very much. Love love love this dealership!! Big enough to make the deals - small enough to be personal and friendly. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful and made the experience so enjoyable. We came from south of Calgary to purchase our new rv and they made arrangements for us to get in when we could get there!! We chose this dealership just from the people we were dealing with by text and email and made the decision to go to Nisku to continue dealing with those people. It was worth the travel!! Nicole and Sammie were both professional and friendly and it was such a pleasure to meet you both. Nicole thank you for your efforts to get this deal done and for putting up with...read full review
If you’re in the market for a trailer, don’t go anywhere else. Allan Dale is FANTASTIC. Their customer service, selection (RV, utility, flatdeck, stock, all trailers), pricing and attitude are far FAR superior to any other dealership in the area.
Unlike any other dealership we visited, Allan Dale was happy to discuss a trade-in on our fifth wheel when we decided to upgrade to a toy hauler. Every employee we dealt with from Kirk in sales to Nicole in purchasing to Vanessa in service was invested in our business and most of all trustworthy; everyone is always friendly and helpful.
10/10 would recommend! Thanks to everyone at Allan Dale!
