Looked at 5 different dealerships and last stop RV City in Nisku. Wasn’t big or flashy but the staff and customer service are outstanding!! Great inventory to select from and got a solid price on a newer travel trailer. Wouldn’t shop for rv’s anywhere else after this experience. Special thanks to the GM Jonathan

Needed a latch for our 2016 Jayco trailer . Called Morinville where our trailer was purchased .Parts person was not helpful at all . I called the Nisku location and was helped by Kelly whom went over and above to help me . What a blessing to have someone who cares deeply about Custoner Service . Thanks again Kelly ?Diane Checora

Had a positive experience buying our unit from here unfortunately wasn't able to take on road for month and half atleast due to my job. First trip out had issues and the manager stepped up corrected them I will be back when upgrading
