Pat provided excellent service and is very reasonably priced. The hot water tank that he installed at our place was put in within an hour. he was $1000 cheaper than the highest quote and had a 10 year warranty when everyone else had 6. Would recommend for any heating needs.

I have had the pleasure to contract Mike and ISPY a couple times in the past decade. Mike is always professional and conducts the inspections in a timely efficient manner. He finds things that other companies would gloss over. Just having an awareness that something may be coming down the pipe in a year or two can be a key point moving forward.
Mike’s service in my opinion is gold standard, why would I hire a mediocre company when I can get top notch for a reasonable price?! Thanks for your assistance Mike, I will call for all of my future estate needs.
Absolutely amazing to deal with. After getting 7 quotes for a new furnace, we chose climate control because they were knowledgeable, friendly, and were able to fo everything we wanted for an affordable price.
They had to move a water tank and install new vents, and worked with me to do it the way I wanted, whether it made sense or not, and didn't charge me for having weird preferences.
They were efficient, booked quickly after paying the deposit, and their quote had full descriptions and left no questions.
We enjoyed them so much, we immediately booked a water softener, and can't recommend it enough! Easy to use, low maintenance, and they explained everything before they left.
