The receptionist is awesome. She also will give you service with smiles. Very convenient location. There are few parking spots available for the customers. Clinic is neat and clean. “I was a walk-in. They were able to fit me right away! I saw stylist Daelynn. She is very upbeat, warm and attentive to detail. I wasn't 100% happy with what I asked for. I have a lot of natural grey and wanted them blended in. Which ultimately ended up feeling too dark and ashy for my liking. She informed me during the session that if I wasn't happy to come back and she would fix it, no charge within a week. I don't normally complain or return for a fix but this time I did because she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Daelynn said it was an easy fix and she was glad I came back! So was I ?. I left with exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job. The original price was fair,not too expensive. I am Very Satisfied. I will definitely be seeing Daelynn again. Thank-you for making me feel comfortable❤️ my hair is beautiful, much appreciated ? I highly recommend Spoiled Rotten for all your hair/plus needs!“
