“I was a walk-in. They were able to fit me right away! I saw stylist Daelynn. She is very upbeat, warm and attentive to detail. I wasn't 100% happy with what I asked for. I have a lot of natural grey and wanted them blended in. Which ultimately ended up feeling too dark and ashy for my liking. She informed me during the session that if I wasn't happy to come back and she would fix it, no charge within a week. I don't normally complain or return for a fix but this time I did because she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Daelynn said it was an easy fix and she was glad I came back! So was I ?. I left with exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job. The original price was fair,not too expensive. I am Very Satisfied. I will definitely be seeing Daelynn again. Thank-you for making me feel comfortable❤️ my hair is beautiful, much appreciated ? I highly recommend Spoiled Rotten for all your hair/plus needs!“
