“I was calling around for quotes and called true north mechanical in the morning. They told us they would be by around 3pm to give us an estimate. 5 minutes before 3 we received a text saying they would be there in 5 minutes and at 3pm Keith (the owner) was there with a full presentation including pamphlets and any information we might need.(this was the only company that had this presentation and was a key factor in why we chose them) During the estimate he informed us of everything we would need to do a Furnace and hot water tank replacement. What really stood out was that he didn't push his company. He informed us regardless of what company we went with. This was impressive because other companies told us what they would need to do for themselves
We got the estimate on a Tuesday and the following weekend the furnace was replaced. The furnace was replaced before we even got other companies estimates
Trevon came and installed the furnace and hot water tank. He was very meticulous and particular about how everything was set up and organized. He made sure everything was neat and ran parallel.
They also pulled all of the permits and registered all of our products for us. They arranged the city inspector who came and did the inspection and made sure everything met code and they even stated that true north did great work
I highly recommend them. If I had to get other work done I wouldn't call anyone else”
