“I chose Green Fox windows cause I heard their quality and customer service was next level. It started out great and I was initially impressed. Windows showed up, the installers were very professional, friendly and performed a very good install. The window quality was very impressive but there was an issue with how the windows were built. They were suppose to open a certain way and these ones could not. Due to some miscommunication somewhere in the process a couple of times on Green Foxes end, it took a bit longer than normal to get my windows corrected.
In the end, I am happy with how the windows look and operate. Probably some of the best I've seen.
The quality of the window, the level of professionalism from both sets of installers I had and the level of service I did receive in the end makes me feel that the uneasy process I encountered the middle, was a one off occurrence and not normal practice for Green Fox.
Thank you Green Fox for stepping up in the end and I'll still look to you for my next project!

“Back in 2015 we hired True North Exteriors to replace our 30-year-old shingles. This new company provided a modest quote and lived by it, installing high-end product on our large complex roof in a single day. Apart from how quietly they worked, a thing that really impressed us was the care taken to comb through our gardens and lawn at the end of the day for any errant nails and debris that may have fallen. Ten years on (2025) we were hit by a downblast that tore away a 4-foot strip of cap shingles along the highest ridge of our roof. We contacted True North (owner Yan) and within days two of True North’s experienced staff arrived fully-prepared to fix the problem with replacement shingles of the same rare type, precut to form a new cap strip, all again at a very reasonable price. In our opinion, True North is true craftsmanship and true service.“
